What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. The specific features can vary depending on the charter type – for example, sunset tours offer high-end snacks and beverages, while business charters offer meeting facilities and corporate catering choices.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advisable to book your charter 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during the high season from May through September. For corporate events and personal celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks early ensures a greater variety of options and time for personal touches.
What is the procedure for bad weather?
Prioritizing safety, if adverse weather conditions occur, as determined by our captain, we'll suggest a rescheduled date or provide a complete reimbursement. We monitor the weather constantly and will inform you 24 hours before your trip if the forecast becomes uncertain.
May I bring personal food and drinks?
Certainly, bringing your own food items and beverages is allowed. Additionally, we provide excellent customized dining services. Please be aware that for your safety, glassware is not permitted on board.
Are there yachts suitable for individuals with movement restrictions?

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours prior are entitled to a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of departure, cancellations are non-refundable, except if caused by unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our part.
