3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For a successful charter reservation, you need to:

• Be a minimum of 18 years old
• Supply valid and comprehensive details
• Remit the necessary deposit as specified in your booking confirmation
• Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only after payment has been made and we have issued a written confirmation. We retain the authority to decline service to anyone at our sole discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability is contingent upon the vessel's availability and appropriate weather conditions. We endeavor to honor your chosen dates and times as best as we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All stated costs are in € and encompass applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A requirement of 50% of the total charter fee at the time of booking
• Balance: Payable 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
• Additional charges (if any): Payable upon charter completion

4.3 Payment Methods

We recognize major credit cards, bank wires, and certified checks. Our secure, encrypted systems manage payment processing.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Over 72 hours before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
• 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Under 24 hours before departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If the captain deems weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:

• Reschedule the charter to another available date at no extra cost
• Issue a full refund if rescheduling cannot be done

5.3 Mechanical Issues

In the case of mechanical failures with the assigned vessel, we will attempt to offer a comparable replacement. If an alternative is unobtainable, you will receive a full refund.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All passengers are required to:

• Heed all instructions from the crew
• Wear necessary safety gear as dictated
• Reveal any medical conditions affecting their safety
• Stay within the vessel's designated areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following items cannot be brought aboard:

• Glass containers
• Illicit substances
• Firearms or other weapons
• Excessive beverages (beyond moderate consumption)
• Pets (unless pre-arranged)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to halt a charter prematurely, with no refund, if a passenger's actions present a danger or spoil the experience for other attendees.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility is confined to the sum paid for your charter. We are not accountable for:

• Personal injuries stemming from passenger carelessness
• Thefts or damages to personal items
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Delays caused by atmospheric conditions or instances beyond our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We sustain comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. Passengers ought to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By taking part in our charter services, you acknowledge that activities at sea come with inherent perils, and you accept accountability for your personal safety and health.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We retain the ability to adjust itineraries, paths, or timetables depending on climatic conditions, security provisions, or operational necessities. All efforts will be made to supply comparable alternate experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for disruptions, cancellations, or alterations prompted by circumstances beyond our control, which include, but are not restricted to:
